Spend the morning with us making a holiday platter of your choosing.  You will be forming your platter out of clay, so this isn't your basic "paint your own pottery plate"!  You pick the theme, we teach you how to do it.  You could be celebrating Halloween, Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Christmas or your Birthday!  We want you to be the artist and we will just be here to help you bring your vision to life.  After you've made your platter, you can glaze any colorful details you like or not.  After the platter is fired the first time, we will carefully glaze your creation to your specifications and fire again.  Your creation will be ready to pick up within 3 weeks time.

Who doesn't love tiny magical things! Come join us and sculpt your own custom fairy garden set! Whether you're looking to spice up your garden with some magic, wanting to decorate a bookshelf with tiny mushrooms and fairy homes, or want beautifully unique fairy decor to put in your own fairy garden with the kiddos, this is the perfect class for you! After you finish sculpting fairy houses, mushrooms, mossy logs, ponds, or any other bits of magic you can imagine, you can glaze them with any colors you'd like! This class is perfect for any skill level and we hope to see you soon!

Don't you wish you could find an entire set of plant markers with your favorite plants on them?  It's impossible!  Until now.  Come on out to the farm and make a set of 10 markers with the herbs or plants you want and in the colors you desire.  You are the artist and no two people at the event will make the exact same thing!  We will have many examples to inspire.  Just think, this could be the for the perfect gift for the garden enthusiast in your life.

Monday, October 7th, 10am-noon

Come join us on the farm and learn how to sculpt your own custom botanical serving dish and bowl set! This is one of my favorite ceramic techniques because of how easy it is to do, and how beautiful the results turn out! During this class, you will be able to wander our flower field and choose your favorite flowers and foliage from our wide selection of flowers, leaves, and vines for your one of a kind dish and bowl set! We think this could make the perfect charcuterie, sushi/soy sauce and chip and dip set!  After you finish sculpting your dish, you will get to pick out what glazes you would like, and after firing, Delaney and Kim will carefully glaze your creations with the colors of your choice! This class is fantastic for all experience levels, and we can't wait to see what you create! Who doesn't love flowers! If only they could last forever... Oh wait! They can! It's the most wonderful time of the year!  And we think it's fun to make your own ornaments.  It's just so much more special than store bought. You could even make them as customized gifts!  We are offering this class in plenty of time for gift giving, so come on over to the farm and get creative!  We will have cookies and hot chocolate to get you in the holiday spirit!  No experience necessary.  Make up to 10 ornaments!  You get to choose the colors you want them to be glazed.  We promise to have them back to you before Thanksgiving!

Weekly Open Studio-
Have you ever wanted to start an artistic project, but realized you don't have the space or feel uninspired? Good thing our Barn Studio space is officially ready for all your creative endeavors! Our Weekly Open Studio is a stress free, no pressure class that has two options;
 You can learn and explore the world of ceramics, with a helping hand from Delaney, with our “Open Studio - Ceramics” ticket!
Or, if you have another artistic medium you'd like to work on, check out our “Open Studio - Independent Art”! Bring your paints, pastels, knitting, or any other project you'd like to work on and explore in a natural space that inspires creativity. Who wouldn't want to watercolor while sitting beside a gentle creek in the forest, or work with pastels while overlooking a glittering lake.

There is nothing more relaxing than sitting with nature and letting your creativity run wild! Bring your paints, jewelry supplies, crochet, watercolors, collage materials, or any other art supplies that sparks joy and get to creating! With our Independent Art option, you'll get to bring your own art supplies and enjoy three uninterrupted hours of creating with other artists, or, you can find a cozy and peaceful spot by the lake or on our hiking trails to reflect on your thought process and your artistic expression. This Open studio is perfect for any occasion, whether you're looking for beautiful scenery to practice your photography skills, the perfect location for a picnic painting date, or just looking for a low pressure opportunity to meet other creatives like you, this is the class for you’ve been looking for.
(This ticket option includes access to a sink, indoor bathroom, electrical outlets, tables and chairs, easel (first come first serve), and access to our beautiful family farm’s nearby hiking trails, views of a working cut flower farm and 4 acre lake. Supplies must be brought from home.). $20

Open Studio - Ceramics
Come join us for our Weekly Open Studio, where you can explore your artistic interests with ceramics!  This class is an opportunity for artists who have some experience in clay to work independently on their own ceramic projects.  We will be here to answer questions and help you navigate to studio equipment, but won't be able to give focus instruction for up to 10 people working on 10 different projects. The open studio time costs $40 and includes five pounds of clay per person, firing of your projects and use of our glazes.  Additional clay will be available for purchase on site for just $5 for five pounds, or $20 for a 25 pound bag.
